I have been using this Ultimate Hair, Skin, and Nail for a month. I see my skin more hydrated. I also see my nail growth and my hair getting longer. I really love this Ultimate Hair, Skin, and Nails. My hair is less dry and it is stronger.
I love that it has omega-7 and Biotin. This is a soft gel pill and it is a must have for me. I do not like hard pills because of the taste. I love that is vegan, hundred percent natural, gluten free and Non-GMO.
