It does not smell overwhelming for me and it soaks in without any color or residue and doesn’t appear to leave any stain on clothing. If the scent isn’t an issue for you. If you have a sensitive nose you may find it overbearing. After a while the smell does go down and it is not bad. All Terrain also has Herbal Armor Insect Repellents for adults, and they all come in different sizes like 8oz for the whole family, 2oz travel size and 3oz in continuous spray for easy application

I wish the bottle sprayed more of a mist rather than a wide stream. it is not strong scent. I really like that is safe for my kids and doesn’t irritate their skin. It to work well on my kids. 

I would put it on them when they are going outside to play in the yard. My kids have sweet blood for mosquito and me. I am happy to find a DEET-free bug spray that really works well and is made with six natural repelling oils. Knowing that the formula contains natural ingredient and non-toxic to environment makes it a must-have during summer season when camping, hiking or simply relaxing in your backyard with your family and friends.
